SEN Case Officer (x2 Positions)
Upto £300/day | Fully Remote | Lancashire County Council
Lancashire County Council is seeking two experienced SEN Case Officers to support their dynamic team. These fully remote contract roles offer flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:

Assess the needs of children and young people with SEN, presenting cases at Triage and Panel meetings.

Manage and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Work closely with the commissioning team to identify appropriate independent specialist placements.

Source places at special schools for children and young people.

Oversee and complete annual reviews for those in special school placements.

Maintain regular communication with families and multi-agency professionals through meetings and updates.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong knowledge and experience of the EHCP process.

Previous experience working in a local authority or education setting with SEN.

Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.

Confidence working independently in a remote environment
