SEN Progress Coach

Are you passionate about supporting young people with SEN to achieve their full potential?
We’re looking for a motivated and organised SEN Progress Coach to join a dynamic Alternative Provision team. This is a front-facing role, working closely with learners aged 14–25 who have EHCPs—helping them feel supported, heard, and empowered.
The Role
- Coordinate and lead EHCP annual reviews
- Monitor, track, and support learner progress
- Build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders
- Act as a key link between learners, tutors, wellbeing teams, and managers
- Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support
- Work collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes
About You
- Experience supporting young people with SEN / EHCPs
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Passionate about inclusion, wellbeing, and learner success
