Monday–Thursday: 8:45am–5:20pm | Friday: 8:45am–4:30pm
Minimum 2 days per week in the office

We’re recruiting for a Personal Advisors to support young people aged 16–25, helping them develop independence and successfully transition into adulthood.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead and review Pathway Plans
✔️ Support young people with accommodation, finances, benefits and healthcare
✔️ Provide consistent guidance and emotional support
✔️ Coordinate with social workers, housing, education and health services
✔️ Advocate for young people and their best interests
✔️ Maintain regular contact and monitor wellbeing
✔️ Keep accurate and up-to-date case records
