    • Have at least 3 years’ experience working directly within Local Authority Children’s Social Care.

    • Have strong knowledge of the diverse needs of children and families.

    • Have experience applying strengths-based approaches to assessment, planning and review.

    • Can manage cases independently and demonstrate sound professional judgement.

    • Have strong skills in risk assessment and risk management.

    • Are confident working with complex family circumstances.

    • Are committed to relationship-based practice and achieving positive outcomes for families.

    Why Join?

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a newly established team focused on providing early, meaningful support to families during the crucial pre-birth and newborn stages.

If you are passionate about early intervention and want to make a lasting difference to babies and their families, we would love to hear from you.
